Fits without cutting
The binnacle, the Mazda circuit board, the odometer and the fuel and temperature gauges all stay. Two round screens take the place of the dials.
Honest speed
GPS calibrates the speedometer: never too low, barely too high, as the law (UN R39) requires. Even on different tyres.
More than Mazda showed
Oil pressure and temperature, fuel economy and range, the weather ahead and the speed limit of the road you are on.
Warning lights where you expect them
Every warning light in its original place, with a bulb check at every start. Brake and engine warnings always visible.
The app
Your phone is the remote.
Settings, live data and updates over Bluetooth. No app store: open it in your browser and add it to your home screen. Paired with a code shown on the rev counter, so only your phone gets in.

Updates
Download at home, install in the garage.
The app fetches a new version and puts it on the gauges over Bluetooth, even without signal. Every update first runs on trial: if it does not start properly, the gauges go back to the previous version by themselves.
Where we are
Prototype. The circuit board is designed and the software runs in the simulator; the first gauges go into the car soon.
